how to remove the front grill of a mitsubishi outlander and how to replace the stock horns?
I want to replace the stock horns for my 2006 Mitsubishi Outlander but in order to do so i have to remove the front grill. I have no problems with the electrical stuff but off course I have to be able to remove the old horns i have to access it (it is placed under the front grills). Can anyone send a step by step procedure in removing the front grill, illustrations would help a lot.

So I was mugged what should I do?
Yesterday I was walking to get a sandwich, and suddenly I was surrounded by 12 or 13 guys (all huge black guys easily 6′0+, but all to pussy that they had to have a huge group) and they told me to give them everything I had. One then punched me in the stomach. I thought they were going to stab me or something, so I just gave em the 25 bucks I had. This happened right outside my school, so I told the useless security guards drinking their coffee, and they called the cops. I filed a report for the hell of it.
But now I dont know if that’s such a good idea. If they are caught and they ask me to identify one of them, are they locked up, or are they free to go until their court case or whatever? I dont want them coming back to get me if they have some time to walk free. add that to the fact that when I was looking through the pictures of felons at the precinct, i saw a few of them and they were already convicted of things such as assault, robbery and ILLEGAL POSSESSION OF FIREARM. WHY ARE THEY WALKING AROUND AND NOT IN JAIL THEN.
so what should I do? should I say i don’t remember what they look like if they ask me to identify one of em?

How much should I charge for babysitter cancellations?
I’m a babysitter for a very sweet family. I have never had issues with them canceling on me, so this issue hasn’t come up before. But, recently the family canceled only hours before i was supposed to show up.
She offered to pay for part of the time, but im not sure how much i should charge? what is an average rate to charge for cancellations?
it was a 5hr 30min time slot that would have made me $55.
I think it’d be rude and selfish of you to take that money. So $0 is a good amount.

Just charge $20 if you are a good baby sitter and you know they won’t replace you. This will make them think twice before cancelling on you like that. Some people actually still charge the full amount. No matter what don’t say "oh, it’s ok" because then they will keep doing it. Time is money. They have to respect you have a life.

Personally, I would charge the whole day with that short of a notice. That is too late to fill the slot with any other client. Its kind of a pet peeve of mine, and after loosing a lot of time that could have money, I just dont put up with it.
But, I suppose if you have never had issues with them before… I would say 30-50% would be fair.

Don’t charge them anything. Stuff happens. If they did it on a regular basis, I just would talk to them about it, but if it doesn’t happen that much, don’t charge them. They sound like nice people which is hard to find these days.

Why are creatures of todays world so small compared to millions of years ago?
I was just looking at stuff about dinosaurs and realized they were sooo friggin huge….and up until present day creatures seem so large…why did we all shrink? The biggest creatures on land are the giraffe, elephant, rhinos, alligators…then in water we got sharks, other huge ass fish..whale…squid….they’re pretty big but not as big as creatures back then. Why?
